I offer both NYC therapy in-person and virtual sessions for those located anywhere in New York State.
For those who prefer in-person sessions, I provide therapy at my office on Park Avenue in the Upper East Side of New York City. Whether virtual or in-person, my goal is to create a safe, supportive environment tailored to your needs.

I accept UMR Top Tier insurance for Mount Sinai employees and their dependents. This means eligible clients can access $0 co-pays for therapy services.
For all other clients, sessions are out-of-pocket. However, if you have out-of-network coverage or an FSA/HSA account through your employer, a portion of my fee is typically reimbursed after you’ve met your annual out-of-network deductible. I can provide a detailed statement (superbill) at the end of each month, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Additionally, I offer sliding scale options to make therapy more affordable. To learn more about rates and insurance details, click here.

Healthcare professionals in New York navigate fast-paced schedules, long work hours, and emotionally tasking experiences. While anyone can benefit from therapy, I am passionate about supporting those in healthcare given my past experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mount Sinai leading therapy sessions. I have a deep understanding of the complex and varied challenges healthcare professionals experience and believe my mindfulness-based approach to trauma and grief therapy can be particularly supportive.
