The office is located prominently on beautiful Park Avenue, two blocks from Central Park and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. I am located only a short walking distance from Mount Sinai Hospital and the 4, 5, 6 Subway Line at 86th Street and Lexington Avenue, as well as an array of restaurants and shops on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. When you arrive, you'll be welcomed by the building's doormen. Simply ask for Jake Hart Therapy, and they will direct you to the office, which is located immediately to the left of the lobby entrance. You're welcome to come in and make yourself comfortable in the waiting room upon arrival. I look forward to seeing you.
